$1.29 million project will add greenery, signage along Kentucky Route 114
The city of Salyersville has opened bids on the Mountain Parkway Beautification Project. The project is funded through a fiscal year 2022 Appropriation Community Project allocation of $1,290,000. It consists of the placement of shrubs, trees, wayfinding and masonry signage, and monuments along Kentucky Route 114 in Magoffin County. The project is being administered by Eric Ratliff, executive director of the Big Sandy Area Development District.
