LTADD named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Kentucky

The Lincoln Trail Area Development District has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Kentucky, the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management announced earlier this month.

LTADD was recognized in the small business category, which includes companies with 15 to 149 employees. The honor marks the 22nd year of the statewide awards program, which recognizes employers across the commonwealth for workplace excellence and employee satisfaction.

“Being named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky is a significant honor for our entire team,” said LTADD Executive Director Daniel London. “This recognition reflects our dedication to fostering a supportive, engaging and rewarding environment for our employees, who work tirelessly every day to serve the Lincoln Trail region.”

Winners were selected through a two-part process managed by the Workforce Research Group, which evaluated company policies, practices and demographics before surveying employees directly about their workplace experience.

Final rankings among the 100 winning companies will be announced at the 22nd Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards dinner June 18 at the Central Bank Center in Lexington.
