KIPDA hosts 3rd annual Aging Well Health Fair

The annual fair connects older adults with expert guidance on health, legal planning and dementia awareness.

The Kentuckiana Regional Planning & Development Agency (KIPDA), in partnership with the Bluegrass Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living, held its third annual Aging Well in Kentucky Health Fair at Graefenburg Baptist Church in Shelby County on Oct. 23, 2025.

Stephanie Freeman from Norton’s Neuroscience Institute and April Stauffer from UK Sanders Brown provided vital information on Dementia vs. Aging. Amy Oliver from Berkley Oliver Law Firm joined the Aging Panel with information on important legal documents all people should have in place regarding their care. 

There were 36 vendors present providing community information and resources to those in attendance.  There was a total of 131 people who attended. A total of 21 vaccines were administered during the event through the North Central Health Department.
