CVADD reports $393,418 in Medicare Part D savings during open enrollment

Medicare Open Enrollment is the period when Medicare recipients can change or update their Part D plans to improve prescription drug coverage for the following year. 

The Cumberland Valley Area Development District’s (CVADD) State Health Insurance Assistance Program coordinator, Mitch Goodin, met with and spoke to hundreds of clients during the 2026 enrollment period to help them find the best available Part D coverage. CVADD reported total Part D savings of $393,418 for the region.
