Eight intensive sessions will equip participants to explain district services with confidence

The inaugural class of BRADD Ambassadors began in mid-April, gathering applicants to gain new insight into what BRADD does beyond their positions and reliably answer the most common question from the public — what does BRADD do?

Over eight intensive sessions, ambassadors will be equipped to answer that question with confidence, diving into the fine details of all of our services, from grant writing to waiver services to drug control policy.

Our first session began at the Warren County Courthouse where BRADD's story began in the basement with just two employees — our executive director and secretary.

Today, BRADD has expanded to more than 85 employees, and has long-since outgrown our courthouse basement office.

In the second session in early May, BRADD's finance team broke down the fine details of how the district is funded, where the budget is allocated, and how we can fund the projects that improve our region every day.

The next gathering of the BRADD Ambassadors will be Monday, May 18, where participants will take a deep dive into community development.
