Reeves recognized for leadership, collaboration and contributions to workforce development across the Bluegrass region
Tiffanie Reeves, director of workforce services at the Bluegrass Area Development District (BGADD), has been recognized as a 2025 Workforce Development Hero by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) for her leadership and contributions to workforce development across the Bluegrass region.
BGADD celebrated the recognition in September, highlighting Reeves' commitment to strengthening workforce programs, supporting staff and fostering collaboration. Her nomination emphasized her integrity, leadership and ability to deliver meaningful results.
Among her contributions, Reeves has supported workforce staff in securing and implementing grants beyond traditional Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding. These additional resources have helped improve operations, strengthen team engagement and build organizational trust.
